Ehomaki is a special sushi roll enjoyed during Setsubun, a celebration marking the end of Winter. Eating the long, uncut roll while facing the year's lucky direction, is believed to bring good luck. There are 7 ingredients in the ehomaki which represent the 7 gods of fortune.
How to Eat Ehomaki
Eat the ehomaki whole (like a burrito)
Face the lucky direction (this year it's West-Southwest)
Eat the whole thing in silence without stopping
